Conclusions: Overwhelmingly, according to our findings in the present research, time management training intervention has been highly effective on the work-family conflict in nurses. Key words: Work-family conflict, Time management , nurses (۰/۰۵>phases. Finding presented that there are significant differences between groups in approximately all items. (p ۳ ). The repeated measures test was used to compare the means total and subscales scores of work-family conflict, in per group in۰/۰۰۰=month follow-up. There was no significant difference between two groups in all dimensions work-family conflict before intervention.but finding indicated that there are significant differences between trail and control group in time based and strain base work to family conflict after ۲ hours presented only for trail group; one week and one month after intervention, all subjects (in ۸ confirmed. Ten experts in the field of work-family conflict commented on the items for content validity . In the beginning of this study all participants completed the questionnaires as pretest, then time management skills in (۰/۷۵) and time management (۰/۸۶) questionnaires including: socio-demographic, workfamily conflict (Carlson), time management (macan) to gather data.
