هدف این پایاننامه، مطالعهی ساختار، تغییرات نوارممنوعه اپتیکی، الکتریکی و همچنین رسانایی الکتریکی در ساختار شیشهای با ترکیب ۴۰P۲O۱۰-۵V۲O۵-(۵۰-X)Na۲K-O X۲ O۵>
C were investigated, which results in an increase in the DC conductivity with increasing temperature and confirms the semiconductor property of the glasses. The electrical band gap was also calculated. In addition, thin films were used for ultraviolet-visible and infrared spectroscopy. Optical band gap and Urbach energy of the samples were obtained from the analyses of the UV spectroscopy.
