Description :

کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه شهیدباهنر در سال 1356 با مساحت 3000 متر مربع فعالیت خود را آغاز کرد. طرح توسعه کتابخانه مرکزی با اهدای سرمایه اولیه توسط روانشاد محمدعلی پور عادلی اشجعی شروع و با اعتبارات دولتی تکمیل و در پاییز سال 1384 به بهره برداری رسید. در حال حاضر این کتابخانه با مساحت 6000 متر مربع زیربنا مورد استفاده جامعه علمی دانشگاه می باشد. کتابخانه دارای 9 بخش از جمله امور اداری، امانت، سازماندهی منابع، مرجع و پایان نامه های دیجیتال، مرکز کاوش، نسخ خطی و کارگاه مرمت، سفارش و تامین منابع، روشندلان، کارگاه صحافی است و تعداد 7 کتابخانه دانشکده ای زیرنظر کتابخانه مرکزی به ارائه خدمات میپردازند و کتابخانه مرکزی وظیفه سفارش، فهرست و سازماندهی منابع این کتابخانهها را بر عهده دارد .
