Security is one of the physiological needs of human beings, which is emphasized by all of the human societies. Proportionate to social changes and by using of soft and hardware technologies, persons who are responsible for providing of security are developing societal security based on societies' needs. One of the new approaches for cooperation of all of the social elements in production and reproduction is security. The first step in this process and in the all of the levels is education, awareness, and persuasion. Also, presentation of police universal education to people in society is based on this approach. It is clear that universal education efficacy without considering its content, which is affected from approach, instruments, timeout place is different and has proportional advantages. So, it is necessary for disciplinary force to test its feedback and measurement effects . Survey research method and information has collected by using of interview questionnaire. Questionnairevalidity and reliability are based on Alpha Kronbach ( (1 ) 1 2 2 1 t i n i s s n n ) accounting for lower limit of Alpha is and upper limit of Alpha is . Data collection has processed by using S.P.S.S software. In this research eight major hypothesis including significant relation between police universal education effect on policing awareness , serious dangers and threats that students are facing with them and their reliance to police. According to results, all of the hypothesis with significance level and desirable t-test with confidence of have been confirmed .
