Syrian armed conflict has dropped off many children out of school, leaving them to struggle to resume their education after being displaced and interrupted. The purpose of this descriptive case study was to learn how educators and parents of Syrian refugee female students in 8th-12th grade, who were displaced and interrupted from schooling, described their children's educational environment in a refugee community. The case study was conducted in Bahraini school at Zaatari Camp, which was the second-largest camp in the world. Data collected during the study included semi-structured interviews, documents of the academic year 2018-19, and archived records for the previous five academic years since the educational program had been established in Zaatari Camp. Interviews reflected the educators' and parents' descriptions of the educational environment and highlighted the weaknesses and strengths of the educational program delivered to refugee children. The process of data analysis generated four main themes as follows: Enrollment process, program effectiveness, educational environment, and motivation. To better understand and describe the theme, indicators were identified. For answering the research questions, findings were sorted under two main categories: Strengths and weaknesses. The significant achievements and positive aspects of each central theme were presented to reveal the strengths, while the flaws and vulnerabilities in each theme were discussed to identify the weaknesses of the educational program delivered to Syrian refugee children. The research suggested recommendations to educational leaders, including the necessity to customize the educational program provided to refugee children, enhancement of the enrolment process, improving curriculum, and cooperation between MOE and NGOs.
