The purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to examine if, and to what extent, a correlation exists between Nigerian mothers' work-life balance, work-life balance satisfaction, and job productivity while working as healthcare managers and serving as the primary home care providers in Ogun state, Nigeria. Using conservation of resources (COR) theory of stress, resource drain framework, and productivity theory as theoretical foundation for this study, three major instruments were used to collect work-life balance, work-life balance satisfaction, and job productivity data. Research question 1 examined if a statistically significant correlation exists between these Nigerian mothers' work-life balance and job productivity. Research question 2 examined if a statistically significant correlation exists between same Nigerian mothers' work-life balance satisfaction and job productivity. Data collection occurred in July - August 2019 using a participant sample (N = 139) of mother-managers. Spearman test results for RQ1 (rs(139) = .901, p = .000), and RQ2 (rs(139) = .451, p = .000), rejected the null hypotheses. It was therefore concluded there is a statistically significant relationship between work-life balance and job productivity, and work-life balance satisfaction and job productivity, for Nigerian mothers who work as healthcare managers and serve as primary home care providers in Nigeria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that implementing several work-life balance initiatives may positively influence the work-life balance and job productivity of these mothers; a necessity to meet with the 2022 NGP.
