Beşir Çelebi (Beşīr Çelebi) was a Turkish physician of the ninth/fifteenth century. He was one of the scholars in the elite cultural circle around Sultan Mehmed (Meḥmed) II (r. 848-50/1444-6 and 855-86/1451-81), who moved from Konya to Edirne (where the Saljūq cultural tradition had taken root) and included Şeyh Şücaüddin Karamani (Şücāʿ al-Dīn Qarāmānī) and Zenbilli Ali (Zenbilli ʿAlī) Efendi (848-932/1445-1525).
