Titanium is important alloys which have a different usage in industry and medical applications. In this study, the effect of the different cutting fluid in machining quality of titanium is analysed to increase the efficiency of the process. Also, the effect of cutting fluid on chip formation and subsequently tool life are another aspects of this research. Results showed that using cutting fluid in especial pressure led to increasing the tool life and process efficiency. Using cutting fluid increase the tool life up to three times depends on the materials type, cutting condition and cutting tool material.
