مقدمه :شمار زیادی از افراد به ویژه زنان گزارش می دهند که به منظور مقابله با استرس غذاهای ناسالم مصرف می کنند)انجمن روان شناسی آمریکا، .2013) خوردن هیجانی می تواند در بروز چاقی و انواع مختلف اختلال های خوردن مانند پراشتهایی عصبی و پرخوری افراطی نقش داشته باشد بنابراین شناسایی عوامل تاثیر گذار بر رفتار خوردن هیجانی حائز اهمیت است .هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش بدتنظیمی هیجانی،تجارب تجزیه ای و ترومای دوران کودکی بر رفتار خوردن هیجانی است .روش :ابتدا یک نمونه ی 700 نفری از بزرگسالان 18 تا 50 ساله ی ساکن شهر تهران به شیوه ی نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه ی رفتار خوردن داچ، مقیاس بدتنظیمی هیجانی، مقیاس تجارب تجزیه ای و پرسشنامه ی ترومای دوران کودکی تکمیل کردند .داده ها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندمتغیره و تابع تشخیص تحلیل شدند .یافته ها :نتایج نشان داد که بد تنظیمی هیجانی نسبت به سایر متغیر ها قوی ترین و مهمترین عامل پیش بینی کننده ی رفتار خوردن هیجانی است، همچنین همبستگی مثبت معناداری میان تجارب تجزیه ای، ترومای دوران کودکی و رفتار خوردن هیجانی وجود داشت .بحث :با توجه به یافته های مطالعه ی حاضر، به نظر می رسد بدتنظیمی هیجانی یک مکانیسم تاثیر گذار در ایجاد رفتار خوردن هیجانی در افراد با تجربه ی تروما ی دوران کودکی است .

Objective: A large number of people especially women report eating unhealthy food to cope with stress (American Psychological Association [APA], 2013). Emotional eating may contribute to obesity and different types of eating disorders like bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. The present study aimed to investigate the role of emotion dysregulation, dissociative experience and childhood trauma on emotional eating behavior Methods: At first, a sample of 700 adults between the ages of 18 to 50 were selected, and the participant completed Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnair (DEBQ), Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS), Dissociative Experience Scale (DES-II) and Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ).Data was analyzed by pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and discriminant analysis. Result: The result shows emotion dysregulation is the strongest predictor of emotional eating behavior and also there were significant positive correlation between dissociative experience, childhood trauma and emotional eating behavior. Conclusions: In this study, our findings suggested that emotion dysregulation appears to function as a key mechanism in the development of emotional eating in individuals with a history of childhood trauma.
