OBJECTIVE:The main purpose of this research is comparison between caregivers of Acute and Chronic schizophrenia patient in Razi hospital at 1387. Methods:This study was carried out cross sectionally- randomized - cluster sampling and with participation of 60 caregivers of schizophrenic patient in Razi hospital at 1387.This research acess demoghraphic variables matching such as agemarrage and so o n in the field of caregivers of schizophrenic patient .In this research we compared quality of life indicators in terms of quantitive and used t-test. Finding:finding showed that there were not significant d ifferece between indicators of quality of life among caregivers of Acute and Chronic schizophrenic patient. In the other word means of scoring of religious in chronic schizophrenic patient caregivers is higher than means of scoring of religious in acute schizophrenic patient caregivers Result:It appeard that There is no difference between indicators of quality of life among Acute/chronic schizophrenic patient caregivers .It has been influenced by pilot study and decrease of sample size.Acute schizophrenic patient caregivers is in more situation than chronic schizophrenic patient caregivers and they use religious only if nessesary.
