absenteeism , unscheduled changes in work plan , job dissatisfaction job unsafe , low income and opposite's supervisor with vacation obtained total completely agreement score . In group that had absenteeism : high age , job dissatisfaction , job unsafe and in group that hadnt absenteeism group, physical disease , physical exhaustion , family's problems and doing life occupations obtained agreement score . The results showed , no relationship between absenteeism's number and variables such as : age , number of family member employment time and office route (p > 0.05) Findings of this study showed that , organizational climate was poor in Shaheed Rajaee hospital but there was no relationship between number of absenteeism's nurses and organizational climate ( p > 0.001 ) .Key Words : Absenteeism , Organizational Climate t؟۱'sTitle : Assessing Relationship between Organizational Climate and Absenteeism among Nurses and knowing Absenteeism's factors in Shaheed Rajaee Cardiovascular Hospital , Tehran , 1383 .Now , Absenteeism is a management problem for most organizations.Absenteeism affects on differences resources in nursing that the most important is decreasing quality of patient care . Multifactors , intrinsic and extrinsic organizational factors , role play in absenteeism that can point to Organizational Climate as an intrinsic factor. The aim of this study was to assessing the relationship between organizational climate and absenteeism among nurses andknowing absenteeism's factors in Shaheed Rajaee cardiovascular hospital Tehran , 1383 . This study was a correlation study . 104 samples , male & female nurses , participated in this study . The method of sampling was non randomized 31 samples has been absenteeism during 1 year ago . Absenteeism factors was assessed by (25 items) questionnaire . Organizational climate was measured by organizational climate scale (25 items) , that made by H.E.Munn,Jr (1984) . The findings showed that , 16.3 man versus 83.7 female , average of age 29.56year , 49 single versus 51 marriage , 33.7 formal employee versus 66.3 informal employee , the average of employment time was 5.5 years and 15.4 worked in 1 site . The average of organizational climate was 44.21 in group that hadnt absenteeism versus 40.68 in group that had absenteeism . Both group
