این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش کنترل استراتژیک بر کارایی و اثربخشی عملکرد، انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر دادهها کمی و از نظر روش اجرای پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شرکت های صنعتی شهر بغداد در سال 2021در کشور عراق تشکیل میدهد که شامل 320نفر می باشند. در این پژوهش با مراجعه به فرمول کوکران از میان افراد جامعه تعداد 175نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بوده است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات این مطالعه از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش توسط نرم افزار PLSو SPSSصورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، کنترل استراتژیک بر کارایی عملکرد در شرکت های صنعتی شهر بغداد، تأثیر معنادار دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، کنترل استراتژیک بر اثربخشی عملکرد در شرکت های صنعتیشهر بغداد، تأثیر معنادار دارد.
Text of Note
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of strategic control on performance and effectiveness of performance. This research is quantitative in terms of applied purpose, quantitative in terms of data and descriptive-correlational in terms of research method. The statistical population of this study consists of all employees of industrial companies in Baghdad in 2021 in Iraq, which includes 320 people. In this study, referring to Cochran's formula, 175 people were selected from the community as a sample. The sampling method was stratified random. A questionnaire was used to collect information for this study. Research data were analyzed by PLS and SPSS software. The results showed that strategic control has a significant effect on performance efficiency in industrial companies in Baghdad. The results also showed that strategic control has a significant effect on performance effectiveness in industrial companies in Baghdad.
