در این پژوهش روابط فیلوژنی و خویشاوندی جنسLallemantia با استفاده از نشانگر کلروپلاستی matK بررسی شدند . هدف از پژوهش حاصل بازنگری موقعیت سیستماتیکی Lallemantia iberica براساس توالی ژن matKاست . داده های مولکولی به دست آمده از تعیین توالی نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه ژنومی matK با استفاده از روشMaximum Likelihood ،Minimum Evolution و Neighbor – joining مدل Kimura 2-parameter آنالیز شدند ، نتایج حاصل به ارتباط نزدیک L. iberica با گونه های Dracocephalum moldavica , Hyssopus officinalis درون طایفه Mentheae اشاره میکند ، همچنین نتایج حاصل از صفات مورفولوژیکی ومیکرومورفولوژیکی و آنالیز توالی ها nrDNA , cpDNA خویشاوندی نزدیک3 گونه L.iberica , D. moldavica , H. officinalis درون طایفه Mentheae را تایید میکند وبا نتایج بدست آمده با توالی ژن matK در این پژوهش مطابقت دارند

Abstract: The systematic position of the genus Lallemantia has been the subject of discussion. In the current research, the taxonomic statue of Lallemantia iberica was investinged using analysisof cpDNA matk sequence. M & M: Genomic DNA was seed of studied samples and then used as a template for PCR reaction. PCR products were checked by electrophoresis, purified, sequenced, and submitted in the GenBank nucleotide sequence database. Degenerate primer was used to determine the sample sequence related to matk sequence. With Mega 5 software phylogenetic trees such as Maximum Likelihood،Minimum Evolution , Neighbor – joining. The main Results: The obtained phylogenetic trees showed that in Three trees the position of Lallemantia In the tribe Mentheae .as well as Lallemantia iberica the close relationship with the species Dracocephalum moldavica, Hyssopus officinalis among other species tribe refers Mentheae. Discussion:Therefore, the results obtained from morphological classification and the results obtained from the analysis of nr DNA, cpDNA,ITS, trnL-trnF sequences and which in combination with morphology,Micro morphology with the results obtained Are consistent with the matk gene sequence in this study.Conclusion:The matk gene sequence of Lallemantia have closely relationship with H. officinalis , D. moldavica compared to other Three species Three species are located in a cluster and form a monophyletic group.
