stimulating bacteria)PGPB) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on growth, yield and quality traits of garlic (Allium sativum L.) a pot experiment in a complete randomized design with 8 treatments and 4 replications was conducted in the field. In this experiment garlic bulb, (Tabriz landrace) was inoculated with bacteria including) Azospirillum AC46 I) P.fluorescence Chao, and one species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), G. intraradices. After maturity bulbs were harvested. Quality and quantity indices such as vitamin C ,total soluble solides, pyrovic acid, chlorophyle content, phosphorus , nitrogen, potassium, carbohydrate percentage of dry mater yield and harvest index were meusured. Effect of treatment on harvest index and total polyphenol bulb diameter was not significant how ever bulb fresh dry weight, vitamin C, total soluble solid, chlorophyll content, colonization perecent age (P0.01) and number of leaf, dry weight of shoot, length of fals, number of cloves, pyrovic acid, Phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium, yield, carbohydrate were significant, (P0.05). Coinoculation whith PGPR and AMF caused an incrase in quality and quantity traits of garlic, with in some case individual inoculation was better than combination treatments. Our result show that applied treatments could significanty incraese most of the measurd parameters in comparsion to the control plants-fixing bacteria play an important role in the supply of nutrients in plants. These bacteria are usually spread around plant rizosphere and facilates absorption of nutrient. More over, mycorrhizal fungi are important in nutrient cycles, especially phosphorus cycle in symbiosis with plants that are causing drought stress tolerance. To evaluate the efficacy of plant growth-Phosphate solubilizing and nitrogen
