This expriment was carried out to determine the values of apparent metabolizable energy corrected to zero nitrogen balance (AMEn) in canola meal (CM), sunflower meal (SM) and cottenseed meal (CSM) with or without enzyme with replacement of diffrent levels of practical ration in adult leghorn roosters using total exceta collection method. This experiment was designed in factorial arrangement based on completely randomized design (4 levels of each Meal There were significant (P <0/05) intraction effects between CM and enzyme levels on AME, AMEn and GEE of CM and the greatest amount of AMEn of CM, obtained in diet containing 21 CM with enzyme supplementation and the lowest was obtained in diet containing 21 CM without enzyme. The regression analysis of difference method estimated the AMEn values of CM in diets with and without enzymes, as 1985 and 1838 kcal/kg, respectively . The main effect of SM levels decreased significantly (P <0/05) the values of AME, AMEn and GEE of SM. The main effect of the enzyme increased significantly (P<0/05) the values of AME, AMEn and GEE of SM. The enzyme levels of SM improved the AMEn values as 4 Percent. There were significant (P <0/05) intraction effects between SM and enzyme levels on AME, AMEn and GEE of SM, and the greatest amount of AMEn of SM obtained in diet containing 15 SM with enzyme and the lowest was obtained in diet containing 15 SM without enzyme. The regression analysis of difference method estimated the AMEn values of SM in diets with and without enzymes, as 1592 and 1354 kcal/kg, respectively. The main effect of CSM levels decreased significantly (P <0/05) the values of AME, AMEn and GEE of CSM. the main effects of the enzyme increased significantly (P <0/05) the valuesof AME, AMEn of CSM. The enzyme levels of CSM improved the AMEn values as 2 Percent. There were significant (P <0/05) intraction effects between CSM and enzyme levels of AME, AMEn and GEE of CSM. the greatest amount of AMEn of CSM, obtained in diet containing 10 of CSM with enzyme supplementation and the lowest was obtained in diet containing 15 of CSM without enzyme. The regression analysis of difference method estimated the AMEn values of CSM in diets with and without enzymes, as 2109 and 1962 kcal/kg, respectively2 levels of enzymes) with 6 replications and 48 birds each. After determination of chemical composition of the diets and excreta, the AMEn values of each meals were estimated by difference method . The main effect of CM levels decreased significantly (P <0/05) the values of AME, AMEn and gross energy efficiency (GEE) of CM. The main effect of the enzyme increased significantly (P <0/05 ) the values of AME, AMEn of CM. The enzyme levels of CM improved the AMEn value as 2/5 percent.
