runoff modeling-scale analysis for time series, optimize the model structure by distinguishing dominant variables, monitor the role of geomorphological parameters in the modeling process and present an integrated model for all over the watershed which can be used in any desired point. Also, the presented hybrid models guarantee the performance of rainfall-temporal artificial intelligence models are presented and examined by different scenarios. The output of hybrid models is trained network or genetic formulations based on spatial and temporal data of the watershed. The obtained results of the models show that the hybrid models have ability to use multi-artificial intelligence, optimized artificial intelligence, geomorphological artificial intelligence and integrated spatio-runoff process by using the special artificial networks which apply the watershed goemorphological variables in addition to rainfall and runoff time series in the modeling structure. In this way, the wavelet analysis and fuzzy logic are used to monitor multifrequently time series scales and uncertainty nature in the phenomena. This approach leads to hybrid models which have significantly better characteristics than classical ad hoc models. From this point of view, four categories as wavelet-box models by considering geomorphological characteristic of watershed as inputs. In other words, it is amid to model the rainfall-runoff process is influenced by many factors, such as rainfall distribution, infiltration, evaporation, transpiration and watershed geomorphological properties. Also, the amount of runoff and runoff ratio are variable over a year. These variabilities are related to the seasonal rainfall, watershed properties and spatial and temporal parameters. So, many models are being still developed in order to define such a complex phenomenon. This thesis has been concentrated on artificial intelligence models and evolutionary computation techniques such as genetic programming as a new generation of black-Rainfall
