The main purpose of this study is to investigate the experience of high school teachers from the continuous evaluation. The quality and penomenology method has applicated in this study.The statistic population with contains all high school teachers in Tabriz. Therefore based on purposive sampling meathod, semi-structured interviews have done with 24 teachers in Tabriz with regard to continuous evaluation. For achieving the validity of interviews questions,the experts has used andtoensure the confident about The reliability of researchs data,continusely study method and compare the data,make brief and classified the information without any damaged data has used. data was analyzed by using Smith's suggested method. The eight main themes of findings gained such as the challenges in continuous assessment, teachers' difficulties in continuing assessment, structure and regulation of mismatch between the education system with continuous assessment, common errors in continuous assessment, the nature standardization of the continuous assessment ;the strengths, obstacles and disadvantages of continuous assessment. Eight major themes were extracted from the findings that can depict teachers experiences from continuous evaluation. The finding showed that the teachers are faced with many problems in the perform to continuous evaluation that the important of them are as (a) passing percent and emphasis on to top it; (b)to being without motivation of students; (c) lack of awareness and enough knowledge about continuous evaluation; (d) lack of clear and definite indexs of evaluation and (e) deficiency of timeAt the end applied and research suggestions in this regard was presented
