دانه های روغنی پس از غلات، دومین ذخایر غذایی جهان را تشکیل می دهند .در حال حاضر، بیش از ۹۰ درصد مصرف داخلی روغن های خوراکی کشور از طیق واردات تأمین می شود .به این لحاظ، لزوم برنامه ریزی بلند مدت و منسجم با هدف نیل به خود کفایی در تولید روغن های خوراکی، غیر قابل انکار خواهد بود، در این میان کلزا به علت قابلیت رویش در درجه حرارت های پایین، در مناطق سرد، معتدل، مرتفع و کشت پاییزه، به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین گیاهان روغنی برای کشت در شرایط آب و هوایی کشور مورد توجه قرار گرفته است .آب و هوا یکی از مهم ترین عواملی است که کمیت و کیفیت محصولات زراعی را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد، لذا انجام تحقیقات منطقه ای جهت شناخت دقیق عکس العمل هر گیاه زراعی در مراحل مختلف رشد در برابر عناصر آب و هوایی ضروری می باشد .در این پژوهش، برای تعیین تقویم زراعی کشت گیاه کلزا در محدوده ی هر یک از

based factors, and finally overlaying various layers, as well as the statistical analysis, we tried to zone the agroclimatic map of Brassica Napus(Colza) cultivation boundaries in the Province in GIS environment. Applying final zoning map, we specified susceptible areas of Brassica Napus (Colza) cultivation -Monteith method Crop Wat software and also on the basis of climatic and physiologic data of the plant. Through the survey of the maps, tables, and graphs drawn, it became perceptible that water requirements of this plant are not provided all over the Province. Analysing the data of climatic elements, and ground-Penman- Oil seeds supply the second major food reserve of the world after the grains. At present over 90 of domestic consumption of the food oil of the country is supplied through imports. Therefore, the necessity of longterm and ordinary planning is irreversible aiming to reach self sufficiency levels in the production of food oils. In the meanwhile, due to its growth capability and adaptability in lower temperatures of cold regions, temperate, higher areas, and the autumnal cultivation possibility, the Brassica Napus(Colza) is regarded as one of the most important oil plants for cultivation under different climatic conditions of the country . Climate is one the most imperative factors affecting the quality and quantity of farmland productions. Therefore, carrying out a regional research for the recognition of precise response of any farming plant versus climatic elements during different processes of growth is necessary . In this research for determining cultivation calendar of Brassica Napus(Colza) in the realm of any station in the study area, we applied Growth Degree Day(GDD) using Instat and Smada. The calculations and attentive notices to the proposed pattern of cultivation calendar of the Brassica Napus(Colza) showed that in autumn the most appropriate period for the cultivation is from the first decadal days of September(in very cold areas ), onto the first decadal days of October(in warm areas of the province). For an overview of the provision of water requirement of Brassica Napus (Colza) in the whole area of the Province, we studied the annual precipitation data and the precipitation of cultivation stage upto the Roset stage. We estimated the water requirement and effective precipitation of each station by means of a combined FAO
