square stability of the closed loop system. Finally, two numerical examples are given to verify the eectiveness of the theoretical results in each case and compare together-loop NCS in two dierent models, which in frst model, observer installed at the system side and in second model, it installed at the controller side. In both model, the transmission delays and packet losses are modeled as an independent Bernoulli distributed white sequence then by using Lyapunov stability method, the suffcient conditions have been obtained for existence of LMI for the exponentially mean-square stable based on Lyapunov stability theorem around the defned bounded region. The design method is fulflled through solving linear matrix inequalities and fnally, a numerical example is given to verify the eectiveness of the theoretical results. The second object of this research, is comparing the performance of closed-loop networked system exponentially mean-based feedback controller is proposed to render the closed-varying parameter. The occurrence of packet loss is modeled as an independent Bernoulli distributed white sequence. Observer-time system with time-induced eects and for stability analysis several control methods have been discussed. This thesis aims to discuss about two subjects of NCS. First, it presents a networked control system design for linear systems with both time delays and packet losses. The transmission delays are considered between zero and twice the sampling time and So, NCS is modeled as a discrete-Networked control systems (NCSs) have been one of the important research focuses in academia as well as in industrial applications in last decades. The main advantages of NCSs are low cost, reduced system wiring, simple installation, maintenance, and high reliability. As a consequence, the typical transmission eects, i.e. stochastic packet losses and variable transmission delays, bandwith limitation, quantization and other uncertainties have to be accepted due to the introduction of the communication network. To cope with these network
