Fused deposition modeling (FDM) process is one of the additive manufacturing methods producing 3D parts that used for layer-by-layer making of polymers directly through semi-molten extruded material over the substrate. FDM is one of the most important among 3D printing technologies, and it is receiving increased attention due to its features including free-mould, complex shape building and accelerate production. 3D printing process contains several parameters, however orientation of deposetion has a significant influence on 3D-printed parts. although extensive Research works have been carried out in the area of 3D printing, efforts have been reported in developing new materials and their use in FDM process. A key factor for the development of FDM process, concerns to the printing of new materials with a wide range of physical and mechanical properties. The focus of this study is the development of FDM process materials based on ABS / PBT / CNTs composition. Nanocomposites based on ABS/PBT (80/20) blend containing different weight percentages (0.1, 0.3, 0.5 wt ) of CNTs prepared using melt mixing method. The nanocomposites were processed into a filament and FDM samples were manufactured, using a 3D printer. The samples were used to conduct tensile, flexural, and impact testing to determine the mechanical propertise. Mechanical test (tensile and flexural) results showed that the increasead about tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, and flexural modulus are 7/2, 10, 36 and 31 respectively in ABS/PBT blend compared to pure ABS. Moreover mechanical properties improved with addition of CNTs and reached their maximum values in nanocomposite containing 0.3 wt CNTs. Tensile strength and modulus increased by 13 and 15 ; flexural strength and modulus elevated by 14 and 28 respectively, compared to ABS/PBT blend. Notched impact strength reduces by 62 compared to pure ABS with the incorporation of PBT into ABS matrix. The addition of CNTs led to further improvement of notched impact strength of ABS/PBT blend. The maximum impact strength was observed in sample containing 0/3 wt CNTs 72 increment compared to pure ABS
