This research focuses on the market-orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their important role in the development of new products the aim of the research is to answer the question of whether the market-orientation and entrepreneurial orientation affect the performance of the development of a new product development. Based on this, hypotheses were development and conceptual model was used for research in which market- orientation and entrepreneurial orientation as independent variables and new product development performance were considered as dependent variables. Also, technological capaciti variables and management capacity were also considered us moderating variables. To determine the sampe of the research, the statistical population of the research, managers, production manager, research and development director and marketing managers of active pharmaceutical companies in the country were selected. این تحقیق در چارچوب نگرش بازار محور و نگرش کارآفرینانه و نقش مهم آن عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید تأکید دارد .هدف تحقیق پاسخ به این سؤال است که آیا نگرش بازار محور و نگرش کارآفرینانه بر عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید تأثیر دارد یا خیر .بر این اساس فرضیههایی مطرح و مدل مفهومی برای تحقیق در نظر گرفته شد که در آن متغیر های نگرش بازار محور و نگرش کارآفرینانه بهعنوان متغیر مستقل و عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید بهعنوان متغیر وابسته در نظر گرفته شدند .همچنین متغیرهای ظرفیت تکنولوزی و ظرفیت مدیریتی نیز بهعنوان متغیرهای تعدیلگر بودند .جهت بررسی هدف تحقیق، جامعه آماری تحقیق، مدیران عامل، مدیر تولید، مدیر تحقیق و توسعه و مدیران بازاریابی شرکت های دارویی فعال در سطح کشور انتخاب شدند .با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ۲۶۴ نفر حجم نمونه بود که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و با توجه به نرخ بازگشت ۹۵ درصدی، درنهایت نمونه آماری قابلاستفاده به ۲۵۰ عدد رسید که نتایج با استفاده از نرمافزارهای Smart PLS۳ تحلیل شدند .بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها مشخص گردید که نگرش بازار محور و نگرش کارآفرینانه بر توسعه محصول جدید تاثیر دارند .همچنین نقش تعدیل گری ظرفیت تکنولوژیکی و ظرفیت مدیریتی در رابطه بین متغیرها مورد تایید قرار گرفت

This research focuses on the market-orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their important role in the development of new products the aim of the research is to answer the question of whether the market-orientation and entrepreneurial orientation affect the performance of the development of a new product development.
