ssNowadays, with increasing interaction between humans and machines in many applications, a lot of researches are conducted to create a better and easier link between them. One of the areas that contribute in reaching this goal is the generation of verbal communication between man and machine and therefore the need to understand human emotional expression by the machine which provides an appropriate response to it. Emotional speech recognition is one of the new branches of speech processing which can play an important role in human-machine interaction. Various approaches have been undertaken in the field of emotional speech recognition. Three general approaches are as the following:1)The improvement of emotional speech recognition at the level of feature.
