The main goal in carrying out this paper was to Factors affecting the attitude of young people towards employment in the agricultural sector. According to statistics, different economic and social factors in Urmia has been gradually causing to migration. This subject will be the particularly nasty consequences on the Rurals in long-term. The study was based on a survey research method with a questionnaire was developed a gather the data. The study population was constituted of all rural youth 30-15 years of silvana sector in Urmia city that according to census of 1390 (N= 9158), That Sample size was selected through stratified- random sampling technique (n=373). Reliability confirmation of the questionnaire was achieved, through an Alpha value reported as 0.81. This models have been solved through SPSS Package and statistical analysis of Multiple regression (stepwise). The result of factor analysis and beta Coefficients showed Access to the loan(0/243), Satisfaction with employment in agriculture (0/195), In the agricultural business there is a field of partnership with others (0/136), Number huge livestock (0/115), Launch of agricultural products (0/106), Continuous access to experts to solve farmers problems (0/082), Blue cultivar (0/061), Respectively had the most impact on the attitude of young people toward employment in the agricultural sector. In total independent variables in this research explained 76 percent of the dependent variable if youth attitudes toward employment in agriculture. Also, the attitude of rural in the agriculture sector in the Silvana section of Urmia was shown to be in a high to high level
