حداقل دستمزد ازصجمله مهمصترین متغیرها در بازار کار و بهصتبع آن در اقتصاد جامعه است .اجرای سیاست حداقل دستمزد از طریق حفظ قدرت خرید نیروی کار در برابر رشد قیمتصها گامی مهم در جهت حمایت از قشر کارگر و تحقق عدالت اجتماعی بهصشمار میصآید .براین اساس، حداقل دستمزد باید مبتنی بر درصنظر داشتن برخی شاخصصها و ملاحظات همصچون نرخ تورم تعیین شود .از سوی دیگر، تورم بهصعنوان یکی از دشواریصهای اقتصادی بهصخصوص در کشورهای درصحال صتوسعه، همواره موجب نگرانی دولتصمردان بودهصاست .براساس ادبیات اقتصادی، ارتباط تنگاتنگی بین نرخ تورم و حداقل دستمزد وجود دارد .به صاین منظور مطالعهصی حاضر به بررسی رابطه علی بین حداقل دستمزد و نرخ تورم با استفاده از روش تودا-یاماموتو به-صورت تخمین یک مدل var تعدیلصیافته، در ایران طی دوره زمانی۱۳۷۶ - ۱۳۹۳پرداخته است .نتایج به-دست آمده نشانصدهنده رابطه علی دو طرفه بین دو متغیر نرخ تورم و نرخ رشد حداقل دستمزد میصباشد .از تابع واکنش به تکانهصها این نتیجه حاصل میصشود که حداقل دستمزد در کوتاهصمدت تأثیر منفی و معنیصدار بر نرخ تورم داشته و در بلندصمدت تأثیر آن بیصمعنی است .درصحالیصکه نرخ تورم در کوتاهصمدت و بلندصمدت تأثیر نوسانی و معنیصدار بر حداقل دستمزد داشته است .با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس نیز مشاهده میصشود تغییرات نرخ رشد حداقل دستمزد بیشصترین سهم را در توجیه تغییرات کوتاهصمدت حداقل دستمزد و نرخ تورم دارد و در بلندمدت سهم حداقل دستمزد کاهش میصیابد و سهم نرخ تورم در توجیه تغییرات بلندمدت این دو متغیر افزایش میصیابد

The minimum wage is one of the most important variables in the labor market and consequently the economy of the community. Implementation of minimum wage policy by maintaining the purchasing power of the labor force against the growth of prices is important step in the protection of workers and the realization of social justice. Accordingly, the minimum wage should be determined based on consideration of some indicators and considerations, such as inflation rate. On the other hand, inflation as one of the economic difficulties especially in developing countries, have been cause of politicians concern. According to economic literatures, There is a close relationship between inflation and minimum wage.This study exmined the causal relationship between the minimum wage and inflation (1998-2015) by using the Toda-Yamamoto method with var modified, in Iran. The results showed that there are a bilateral causal relationship between the inflation rate and the growth rate of minimum wage. The impulse response function showed that in short-term the minimum wage have a significant negative impact on inflation rate and its effect in long-term meaningless. While inflation rate in short term and long-term have swinging effect and significant on minimum wage. The results of variance analysis showed that changes of growth rate of the minimum wage have the largest share in the short-term variations of the minimum wage and inflation rate. In the long- run the share of minimum wage reduce and the share of long-term inflation rate in long-term variations these two variables increases
