Dental porcelains are one of the subgroup of ceramics that show biocompatibility characteristic and lifelike dental restorations. Dental porcelains have natural tooth view, acid resistance and thermal shock resistance. The aim of this study was to produce dental porcelains that are manufactured with different powder compositions and heat treatment processes, to determine the usage of product with metals for dental restorations and enhance desired properties. In this first stage of the study, raw material compositions were prepared in desired ranges with respect to receipts and processed to milling for homogenization to get correct results. After the milling process, powder compositions were subjected to drying in an oven for optimum humidity. In this study, frit specimens are produced in order to obtain thermal expansion coefficient compatibility with different production and heat treatment processes. Phase contents, thermal expansion coefficients, grain size properties measurements were performed to determine the characteristic properties. Seven different sintering processes were applied. After the sintering process, XRD and dilatometer tests were conducted, and results were recorded. In the final stage of this study, the compatibility of dental porcelain powders tested by dental technicians with Co-Cr-Mo dental alloys was carried out. As a result of this application, the compatibility of the porcelain powder obtained with HT-6 sintering process with the thermal expansion coefficient of the metal material was compared with the porcelain powder obtained from other sintering processes. The HT-6 coded sample, which has been successfully completed in all laboratory conditions, was found to be the most compatible specimen for dental restoration applications by the dental laboratory
