Purpose: Vasculitis is a disease that is associated with the inflammation of the walls of the vessels, and due to the narrowing or blockage of the lumen and the formation of an aneurysm, it leads to dysfunction of the organs. In some studies, Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), Platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and Mean platelet volume (MPV) have been proposed as an inflammatory marker in rheumatic patients. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of Correlation of between NLR, PLR and MPV with disease activity in vasculitis patients referred to the rheumatology research center. Methods and materials: In this cross-sectional study, 120 patients with Vasculitis were included in the study based on the CHCC criteria . According to the rock curve, the area under the curve in the mode of cumulative effect of NLR, PLR and MPV with the adjustment of confounders is significantly higher than the modes of NLR, PLR and MPV alone and the cumulative form without adjustment of confounders. (P-value<0.001) (AUC=0.95) and this indicates a higher predictive power in this case. Based on this, according to the sensitivity rate of 91% and the specificity rate of 89%, if the individual score is greater than -0.11, it means that the vasculitis disease is in the active phase. Also, based on the multiple and bivariate logistic regression model, by adjusting the effect of drugs and the patient's condition, with the increase of MPV, the disease activity based on GPA increases, and with the increase of the vasculitis disease activity, it decreases with a 95% confidence interval (0.65, 31. 0), (p>0.001) but PLR and NLR studies were not statistically significant. In addition, based on the multiple linear regression model by adjusting the effect of confounders, for one unit increase in NLR, the average BVAS score increases by 0.19 (0.26, 0.02) with a 95% confidence interval. found that this amount is statistically significant (p<0.001). In addition, for one unit increase in MPV with a 95% confidence interval (-0.62, -0.12), on average, the BVAS score decreases by 0.17, which is statistically significant (0.04). /0=p). But in the case of PLR, no statistically significant relationship was observed.Findings: The prevalence of retinopathy was observed in 16% of patients. There was no difference between age and sex in two groups with and without retinopathy. In this study, SLEDAI disease (P <0.001), anti-dsDNA (P = 0.050), ANA (P = 0.012), urine cast (P = 0.006) and Pericardial effusion (P = 0.001) in patients with retinal lupus were significantly higher than patients without retinal involvement. Also, hemoglobin levels (p = 0.012), C3 (P = 0.001) and C4 (P = 0.036) levels in patients with retinal lupus were significantly lower than those without retinal involvement. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that there is a relationship between NLR, PLR and MPV with disease activity in patients with vasculitis, in addition, considering all three indicators together shows a higher value than examining each one alone in predicting vasculitis disease activity.
