مقدمه :ابتلا به اچآیوی /ایدز به دلیل ایجاد مشکلات اجتماعی فراوان، نگرشهای منفی حاکم بر جامعه و انگ اجتماعی نه تنها از لحاظ سلامت جسمانی، بلکه از ابعاد سلامت روانی و اجتماعی نیز وضعیت این بیماران را متاثر میسازد و باعث افزایش نیازهای حمایتی این بیماران میگردد .در حالی که حمایت اجتماعی خانواده نقش مهمی در حفظ سلامتی این بیماران و کاهش آثار منفی استرسهای ناشی از محیط و جامعه دارد و میتواند در سازگاری افراد با بیماری و عوارض ناشی از آن موثر باشد .این پژوهش نیز با هدف بررسی رابط انگ اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی خانواده در مبتلایان به اچآیوی /ایدز انجام شده است .روش :پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعهی مقطعی، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی میباشد .جامعهی این پژوهش همهی مردان و زنان مبتلا به اچآیوی /ایدز مراجعه کننده به باشگاههای مثبت و مراکز مشاورهی رفتاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی تهران بود که نمونهای به اندازهی 163 نفر (88 مرد و 75 زن (به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شد .برای جمعآوری دادهها از چک لیست اطلاعات جمعیتشناختی، مقیاس انگ اجتماعی اچآیوی /ایدز و پرسشنامهی حمایت اجتماعی خانواده استفاده شد .در این پژوهش جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، یو مان ویتنی، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه، کروسکال والیس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن استفاده شد .یافتهها :نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که نمرات انگ اجتماعی بیماران اچآیوی /ایدز در دامنهی بین40 - 160و با میانگین) 71/114 انحراف استاندارد 45/19) و نمرات حمایت اجتماعی خانواده بیماران اچآیوی /ایدز در دامنهی بین79 - 316و با میانگین) 11/150 انحراف استاندارد 47/52) بود .همچنین با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی مشخص شد که بین انگ اجتماعی کلی و حمایت اجتماعی خانواده کلی رابطه معکوس و معناداری وجود دارد .(>(05/0P علاوه بر این یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که بین انگ اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی خانواده با جنسیت ارتباط معنیداری وجود ندارد .(<(05/0 P نتیجهگیری :از نتایج این پژوهش میتوان چنین استنباط کرد که میزان انگ اجتماعی با حمایت اجتماعی خانواده در افراد مبتلا به اچآیوی /ایدز رابطهی معکوس دارد .و تفاوتی از نظر جنسیت نیز در این رابطه یافت نشد .تغییر سیاستگذاریها با هدف ارتقای کیفیت و کمیت حمایت اجتماعی خانواده، میتواند باعث تقویت اثرات محافظتی حمایتهای اجتماعی خانواده در پیشگیری و کاهش آسیبهای انگ اجتماعی در مبتلایان به اچآیوی /ایدز شود .کلیدواژهها :انگ اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی خانواده، اچآیوی /ایدز .
Introduction: HIV/AIDS is disease that affects not only physical health, but also psychological and social conditions of patients because of the negative attitude of society, social problems and stigmatization; and cause increased supportive needs patients. Whereas family social support, plays an important role in health maintenance and reducing negative effects of environmental and social related stressors. And may facilitate coping with illness and its complications. The aim of this study is Investigation of relationship between stigma and family social support in people living with HIV/AIDS in 2015. Method: This Study was cross-sectional, descriptive analytic. The research population were all HIV/AIDS affected men and women who were present in the positive clubs and behavioral counseling centers of Tehran university of medical sciences. The sample size including 163 (88 men, 75 women) people were selected by convenience sampling method. To collected data a demographic Information checklist, HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale and Family Social Support Questionnaire were used. To analyze data were used Statistical test such as Independent T-Test, U Mann-Whitney, One-way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis Test, Pearsons & Spearmans Correlation Coefficients. Results: The Result In this study Showed the range of patients HIV/AIDS stigma scores was 40-160 with the means of 114.71 (standard deviation=19.45) and the range of patients family social support scores was 79-316 with the means of 150.11 (standard deviation=52.47). And also with using of correlation test got appeared that there is a significant reverse relationship between total stigma and total family social support (P<0.05). The Result Showed that no significant relationship was found between stigma and family social support with gender (P>0.05). Conclusion: According to findings of this study, there is an inverse relationship between stigma rate and family social support in people living with HIV/AIDS. No gender differences were found. Change policies aimed at improving quality and quantity of family social support, can strengthen the protective effect of family social support in prevention and reduction of damages on people living with HIV/AIDS.
