Breast cancer is the most prevalent form of cancer globally. It causes 30% (or 1 in 3) of all new instances of female cancer each year. This form of cancer may be impacted by or affected by several molecular variables. This research aims to evaluate the relationship between ZNF76 polymorphism and breast cancer. Blood sample, DNA extraction, and the PCR method were utilized for this aim. PCR-RFLP was used to assess the genotype of peripheral blood DNA collected from 100 patients with breast cancer and 100 healthy individuals. Allelic and genotypic values varied significantly between the control and sick groups. The findings of this research indicate that CC genotype has a substantial influence on breast cancer. In other words, the CC genotype has been linked to breast cancer. The findings of this test might lead to the identification of reliable biomarkers for breast cancer and its early diagnosis.
