.Harmonic analysis on finite groups is one of the important branches of mathematics that has very important role in physics and engineering. This analysis has important role in classic and quantum information. In this research, we study the role of harmonic analysis on finite groups in quantum information and computation, specially classical and quantum random walk and quantum algorithm. Finally we applied quantum random walk in quantum search also we search another application of harmonic analysis , like generalized measurement in quantum information.The result show that the classical and quantum random walk could be written on generalized fourier transform . Moreover, generalized fourier transform, obtain with generalized measurement that applied in spherical codes
