Place - Finding Operation in Order to Find Suitable Places for Repelling the City Solid Superfluous Material , are Activities that in Cludes : Providing Concept Model , Namely , Determining the Effective Parameters in Repelling Solid Superfluous Materials , Provinding information layers Based on Anticipated Conceept Model , Using Suitable Alghoritms for Compounding information Layers and Performing the Place Analize Operaion and Finally Evaluating Results of Place Finding Proccess . In this Study due to Research goal , Which is Suitable Place - Finding for repelling Solid Superfluous of SARI , and Current Condition of Superfluous Repelling of this City that becom an acute Difficulty , the hygienic Repelling Method was Selected .After Providing the Concept Model , Related information Layers are Provided and these Layers enterd into GIS as humerical , and this Step each layer Classified based on factors and then Prepared for Compounding Operations . Implementing method on Boolean Logic has Higher Speed and easy than Fuzzy Logic method , but Fuzzy logic method has much more Flexibility than Boolean logic method , there fore in Results form this method the more Places finded and decision making increased at location that have land Limitation . In this Study in Fuzzy Logic method , it is used form two method : OWA , WLC .
