امروزه صنعت توریسم فراتر از یک صنعت به مثابه یک پدیده پویای جهانی و اج تماعی در آمده است .در چهار دهه گذشته صنعت گردشگری یکی از عوامل اصلی توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی بسیاری از کشورها بوده است و به ا ین لحاظ کشورها تلاش می کنند سهم بیشتری از جمعیت گردشگر را به خود اختصاص دهند . با توجه به اهم یت عوامل اقلیمی در برنامه ریزی گردشگری وبه علت تواناییهای بالقوه و طبیعت پاک و دست نخورده مناطق روستایی شمال استان آذربایجان

As shown in the study, the time of climatic comfort for tourists varies according to the types of the indexes and location of the base of the study, and it varies from May (Ordibehesht) month to October (Mehr). Also these climatic events seem to have no serious restriction for tourists ۵ Tourism is one of biggest industry in the world. In this case, climate has more effect on tourism. Many of tourists determine their travel time and destination according to climate conditions of tourism places. According to the importance of the climatic factors in tourism planning and due to the potentials and clean and intact nature of the northern rural areas of west Azerbaijan, this area is one of the most noticeable areas in tourism industry. In this research, to study the climatourism of the northern rural areas of West Azerbaijan, regional information, informs of numerical files wereprepared from the meteorological organization. The variables which were used consist of: meteorological variables (such as Temperature, Relative Humidity and cloud caver and...) Individual variables( such as weight, height, age and sex) Geographic variables(Longitude, latitude andelevation) and another group of information such as measure of clothes caver(according to Clo) and the amount of energy from human activities( according to Wat) were considered too. The above information were considered in form of comfort indexes, Predicted Mean Vote (PMV), Physiological Equivalent Temperature ۱۱۰(PMV) and Standard Effective Temperature (SET) in existing synoptic Station of the area and the time of climatic comfort were realized. Finally for more assurance in tourism planning and management, natural events and disasters for tourists, such as Hail, Thunderstorm, Dust and
