میکرو استخراج با فاز جدید spmeیک روش بسیار ارزشمند برای استخراج آنالیت ها از نمونه های جامد،مایع،گاز و همیچنین تغلیظ و تزریق آنها به سیستم های تجزیه ای بوپژه gc می باشد فایبر های تجاری spme برپایه میله های نزدیک ششیشه گداخته پوشش یاپلیمر های آلی می باشند که شکننده و مشکل ساز هستند.در سالهای اخیر ،ساخت فایبر های فلزی به منظور دستیابی به فایبر های محکم و با انتخابگری بیشتر و مشخصات تجزیه ای مطلوب اهمیت وپژه ای ژیدا کرده است
butanol and buthyl amine from headspace of aqueous samples was investigated using capillary gas chromatography and FID. The proposed fiber seems very effective and selective for extraction of unsaturated cyclic compounds. Different application parameters, i.e. extraction time, salting out, stirring speed, reproducibility and repeatability were examined based on chromatographic data (peak area). In the optimum conditions, one fiber was used in five replicated analyses. Relative standard deviation are less than 7 (n=5) and detection limit for naphthalene is 3 ng mL-hexane, cyclohexane, thiophene, 1- dichlorobenzene, benzene, toluene, n-phase microextration (SPME) is an attractive sampling and sample introduction technique in GC. Commercially available SPME fibers are fused silica coated with compounds used as stationary phase in GC which are very expensive and fragile. In the recent years, part of research has been involved in preparation of metallic fibers to obtain firm fibers with convenient analytical characteristics.The aim of this work is the preparation of new SPME fiber based on polythiophene coated anodized aluminum wire. For this purpose gaseous thiophene was chemically polymerized in acidic media and immobilized on the external surface of anodized aluminum wire.Parameters affecting coating procedure such as polymerization cycles, nature and concentration of acid were optimized. The efficiency of prepared fiber for the extraction of different types of organic compounds such as naphthalene
