sNowadays, significant changes have occurred in the methods of structural analyses in structural members such as beams and columns. Currently, a finite element method (FEM) of continuous media may be considered the most common method. The lattice modeling is a new method of structural RC modeling in which an equivalent assembly of an RC member is created using truss members. Smaller stiffness matrix as well as significantly reduced computational time and effort are advantages of this type of modeling. This study uses a kind of modeling through programming in the MATLAB software.Moreover, since in the construction of concrete elements due to several weaknesses occurs in the constructed structures, and also due to the unknown weaknesses in the site and the percentage of them, the statistic investigation of this matter is needed. On the other hand, the modeling of continua is a difficult task and a tedious job. The modeling of different elements and the applying of accidental weakness is needed. Owing to lattice modeling's reduced analysis time compared to its counterparts and better control over the given member's constituents, the lattice modeling is efficient in simulation of accidental defects in structural member
