.The subject studied in this paper is Bildung (Literature, Education, Reflection, Culture, etc.) based on Gadamer's Truth and Method, which points to the fundamental difference between hermeneutic education and modern education and other educational ideas. The most basic concept in forent of Gadamer, describes how the event occurs in human understanding. Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics explores man from the perspective of his concrete situation and historical constraints and always reminds people of the need to be aware of their limitations and possibilities.Describe how the occurrence incident of understanding in human, is the most fundamental concept in Gadamer. Gadamer states that understanding is the linguistic and interpretive and language is as mediator understanding. He emphasized thi fundamental role of prejudices in every understanding. Gadamer transformed the epistemic negative attitude to prejudices . He statesd, basically, without presumption, impossible understanding. .
