powder is divided to six portion and five of them are heated in the oven for hours at different and temperatures. The crystallite sizes and the introduced thermal tension on them are measured using the Scherrer and Williamson hall techniques. The obtained values are compared with the corresponding values obtained from the SEM images and found a reasonable correlation between them. Changing the values in the Scherrer and Williamson Hall relations we determined the optimum value to get a better agreement between the SEM and Scherrer and Williamson hall results. It has been also found that the crystallites change their phase from anatase to rutile at post annealing temperature-powder and obtained its average nano crystallite size. The prepared nano-ray diffraction, , technique is widely used in crystallography. This technique can provide information such as the angular position, the maximum intensity at any diffraction angle, and the peak widths the diffracted rays. All of these are related to the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of crystals. It can be said that the most important part of using is the analysis of the data on different materials obtained through this method. There are several methods such as Bragg relationship, Scherrer and Williamson Hall methods for quantitative analysis of data. The first step in this kind of analysis is determining the peak angular position, its intensity and width. The second step is using a suitable method to get the required information about the matter. In this project we have used the Scherrer and Williamson hall techniques to analyze the titanium dioxide nano-expensive features, the X-Because of its simple physical principles and non
