kande Miandoab station, Sarighamish station and Abajaloosofla station in East Azarbaijan are analyzed, and Van Lake in Turkey that has similar climate condition and geographical location with the Urmia Lake, is checked for verifying and comparing with Urmia Lake to show that Climate factor doesnt effect on water level fluctuations in Van Lake seriously and it keeps the natural condition. The results of this research illustrate among the hydrometeorological processes and human factors, the second one has more effective on water level fluctuations of the Urmia LakeصNatural processes that control water resources, play an important role in water resources management. To understand the relationship between these processes and their impact on each other, it is necessary to examine each of these processes in detail. One of the issues that has recently attracted the attention of designers and managers of water resources is evaluating available resources and determining the effects of hydrological parameters such as precipitation, runoff, temperature, etc on the catchment area. Nowadays, wavelet transformation is one of the most popular of the time-frequency transformations. Since many phenomena in hydrologic systems show periodic behavior, wavelet transform can extract useful information of the periods. Urmia Lake is one of the vital hydrological natural quarters of Iran which lately has met sever water level decrease. For this issue, checking the effect of local climate factors and changes in time series would be efficient step for studying the dynamic behavior of water system in this area. In this thesis wavelet coherence measure is implemented for evaluating the relations and effect of hydrological process over many years on Urmia water level fluctuation. In this study hydrological data from Saeed Abad station, Ligavn station and Vanyar station in West Azarbaijan, Taze
