This thesis studies the work by Yozefo Tiflisi called "Vakiat-i Mir Veys and Shah Hussein" which is about the impacts of Afghani rebel Mir Veys, struggling against the pressure and cruelty in Kandehar during Safavid dynasty.Occupation of Isfahan by Afghani people, as a result of their revolt act, at the time of Shah Hussein, and changing the capital city from Isfahan to Tabriz, during Shah Tahmasb II, set an occasion which resulted in Ottoman state and Russia Interference in Iran's internal affairs.
