This thesis contains a translation into Turkish of Athanasius' On the Incarnation along with an introduction to the work. The introduction contains four sections. In section one, I present the historical context of the work and the background of the debates about the nature of the Word. In section two, I summarize the context of the work and how Athanasius developed his theology. In section three, I focus on the major themes that are important for Athanasius, such as creation, corruption, and salvation. In the final section, I talk about the text, resources, and the challenges of translating On the Incarnation into Turkish. The translation of On the Incarnation into Turkish follows the introduction with explanatory footnotes. This is the first time the entire work has been translated into Turkish.
