A chiller is working by removing heat from liquid and vaporing compression or absorption cycle. The liquid is circulated through a heat exchanger to cool different things like room or space. Most of the cooling systems generate waste heat that must be exhausted to ambient. In this research, we introduce different parts of the chiller and optimized the design and manufacturing process to decrease the produced heat and increase the efficiency of the system. Results showed that using lighter alloys and also using new fabrication process such as 5 axis machining lead to increasing the efficiency by 9%.
