Introduction: Complete or partial damage of the spinal cord will lead to significant psychosocial consequences for individuals. Considering the various needs and challenges of people with spinal cord injury, such as physical, emotional and occupational problems, social challenges, and reduced social participant, the present study aims to compilate a professional social work intervention guideline for people with spinal cord injury with psychosocial approach.Method: The present study was performed by mixed method. First, qualitative content analysis was performed through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 19 participants, including individuals with spinal cord injury, families and specialists. psychosocial interventions were also extracted by systematic review method. After combining the findings of these two sections, an initial professional guideline was developed. This profetional guideline was then discussed and edited at a meeting of experts and feasibility study.Findings: By using qualitative content analysis, 12 categories and 53 sub-categories were extracted, which indicated the needs, challenges, and solutions. In the systematic review section, 1585 studies were found and after applying the exclusion criteria, 26 studies were extracted and were divided into 7 categories. Combining the findings of these two sections, a professional guideline was developed in 4 stages (immediate and emergency interventions, discharge plan, post-discharge services and community work).Conclusion: In order to achieve comprehensive rehabilitation and provide social work intervention with a psychosocial approach, the needs and challenges of people with spinal cord injury shall be considered in a multidimensional way. In this regard, the provision of these services by psychosocial rehabilitation team is essential. The present professional guideline has organized the intervention of social works for people with spinal cord injury since the beginning of the injury until after discharge and also has provided services at micro and macro levels.Keywords: Social Work Intervention, Spinal Cord Injury, Psychosocial approach

مقدمه: قطع كامل يا بخشي از نخاع که مهمترين رشته عصبي موجود در بدن است، بدون شك پيامدهاي رواني اجتماعی قابل توجهي را براي افراد به دنبال خواهد دارد. با توجه به نیازها و چالشهای گوناگون افراد دچار ضایعه نخاعی، از قبیل مسائل جسمانی، مشکلات عاطفی و چالشهای اجتماعی و کاهش مشارکت اجتماعی، مذهبی، تفریحی و فعالیتهای اقتصادی و شغلی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تدوین راهنمای تخصصی برای مددکاران اجتماعی در ارائه خدمات به افراد دچار ضایعه نخاعی با رویکرد روانی اجتماعی انجام شد. روش: مطالعه حاضر به روش ترکیبی انجام گردید. ابتدا از طریق انجام مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با 19 مشارکت کننده شامل افراد دچار ضایعه نخاعی، خانواده ها و متخصصین، تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام گردید. همچنین با روش مرور سیستماتیک، مداخلات موجود استخراج شد. پس از ترکیب یافته های حاصل از این دو بخش، راهنمای تخصصی اولیه تدوین شد. سپس این راهنمای تخصصی در جلسه خبرگان و امکان سنجی مورد بحث قرار گرفته و ویرایش شد.یافته ها: با تحلیل یافته های حاصل از تحلیل محتوای کیفی 12 طبقه و 53 زیر طبقه که نشان دهنده نیازها، چالشها و راهکارها بود، استخراج شد. در بخش مرور سیستماتیک 1585 مطالعه یافت شد و پس از اعمال معیارهای خروج، تعداد 26 مطالعه استخراج گردید. این مطالعات به 7 طبقه مداخلات روانی اجتماعی تقسیم شدند. با ترکیب یافته ها این دو بخش، راهنمای تخصصی مداخلات مددکاری اجتماعی در 4 مرحله (مداخلات فوری و اورژانسی، طرح ترخیص، خدمات پس از ترخیص و کار با جامعه) تدوین شد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: برای دستیابی به توانبخشی جامع و ارائه مداخلات مددکاری اجتماعی با رویکرد روانی اجتماعی، باید نیازها و چالشهای افراد دچار ضایعه نخاعی به صورت چند بعدی در نظر گرفته شود. در این راستا ارائه این خدمات توسط تیم های توانبخشی روانی و اجتماعی ضروری است. راهنمای تخصصی حاضر مداخلات مددکاران اجتماعی را در حیطه ضایعه نخاعی از بدو شروع آسیب تا پس از ترخیص سازماندهی نموده و به ارائه خدمات در سطوح خرد و کلان پرداخته است.کلید واژه ها: مداخلات مددکاری اجتماعی، ضایعه نخاعی، رویکرد روانی اجتماعی
