This study aim to examination the effect of government expenditures on Iran social health since 1967 till 2008. The research hipothesis examine the relation between government expenditures and social health. The variables in this study are: public expenditures, defensive expenditures, social and cultural expenditures, economic expenditures and social health in a 42 years term. Iranian Social Health Index include of poverty, violence, growth population, traning, insurance coverage and . At first for survey of variables stagnation, the test of generalized Dicki Fuller was accomplished on variables. Then for better survey of hipothesis, the relationship between government expenditures and social health was eccomplished by VAR. the findings show public expenditures have had a positive effect on social health and become increase of social health in long term. But defensive expenditures, social expenditures and economic expenditures have a positive effect on social health totally but this effect is not very much in long term. Base on findings, it can be conclude that to increase social health this trend should be keep and continue. But this trend should be reform about defensive expenditures, social expenditures and economic expenditures.
