The patients suffering from diabetes can experience the decrease of the complications of this disease by performing regular physical activities. On the bases of this information and according to a little information which is available about the inflammation factors especially TNF-Background and aims: Diabetes is one of the most common metabolic disorders in endocrine system which is diagnosed by hyperglycemia and it is developed due to problems in the release or the function of insulin or both of them. Arterial complications can be mentioned as the complications of the diabetes type ۱ which probably involve the kidney arteries too and for this it increase the kidney inefficiency. Of course by increasing the carbohydrates of the blood, the tissue complications also spreads which can be an additional reason for degrading the kidney tissues.
