.‮‭According to keys to soil taxonomy ۲۰۰۶ , they can be classified in Entisols, Inceptisols, Mollisols and Alfisols orders, suborders of Aquents, Aquepts, Aquolls, Aqualfs, great groups of Fluvaquents, Endoaquepts, Epiaquolls and Epiaqualfs and subgroups of Aeric Flovaquents, Fluvaquentic Endoaquepts, Fluvaquentic Epiaquolls and Typic Epiaqualfs. Micromorphological study of these soils showed that the effects of physiographical units on the formation of pedological features. Appearance of clay coating were observed just in up land profiles. More calcite congrations in midland and low land profiles were observed in comparision with up land, which probably refers to translocation of carbonates. Also, coarse to fine material ratio (c/f) are more dominant in low land and mid land profiles than up land ones. Up land soils b-fabric were speckled and prostraited which refers to sedimentation of fine materials of piedment plains,while in midland and low land soils b-fabric showes crystallitic condition which refers to sedimentation of calcite of soil solutions or elluviation‬ . خ‍‮‭۲۸‬ شد‮‭to ۳۶‬ خ‍‮‭۲۳‬ شد‮‭and northern langitude of ۳۶‬ خ‍‮‭۱۹‬ شد‮‭to ۵۲‬ خ‍.‮‭۱۶‬ شد‮‭In the present study, the micromorphological properties of soil on several physiographic units were studied. Therefore, four profiles with three physiographic units (Up land, Midland and Low land) of a transect in paddy soil with land use of rice and clover were selected.The soils with Udic moisture and Thermic temperature regimes and -۱ to ۱۱۴ m elevation above sea level have located on eastern longitude ۵۲‬
