#The purpose of this study was to research and compare the reaction of american and Iranian students in field of business toward given situation in organizations. The purpos was to compare the knowledge of these two groups of students in the area of general management and the relationship of this knowledge and their style of decision -making in situations which might occur for multinational firms. This study was aimed at answering the following questions: )1( Do American and Iranian students have the same level of knowledge in general management? )2( Dose this knowledge of general management have any effect of their style of decision -making in situation that occur for multinational firms? )3( Dose a higher level of knowledge in: general management mean coping better with problems in situations which occur for organization abroad?
