Aim: To examine marginal adaptation of crowns fabricated with three different zirconia CAD/CAM materials; two monolithic zirconia material: GC initial (GC Europe, Leuven, Belgium), InCoris TZI (Sirona Dental Systems, Bensheim, Germany) and one zirconia core veneered with a low-fusing glass-ceramic InCoris ZI (Sirona Dental Systems, Bensheim, Germany) Material and Method: Thirty-six extracted posterior natural teeth were selected for this study, teeth were prepared. The prepared teeth were duplicated using a polyvinylsiloxane impression material and master casts were made with type IV extra-hard stone. Crowns were fabricated with three different Zirconia CAD/CAM materials(n=12) to measure the marginal fit in three stages before cementation, after cementation and after thermomechanical fatigue with 1.2 cycles. After each stage silicone impressions were taken and poured with epoxy resin. All epoxy resin samples were measured using Scanning Electron Microscope. Results were analysed using SPPS program. Findings: The mean marginal gap before cementation 60.1-66.2 ìm and after cementation ranged between 99.2-107 ìm. The marginal gap for the three Zirconia materials after the thermomechanical fatigue ranged between 117.4-129.9 ìm which considered above the acceptable range. The results proved a statistically significant difference in nearly all the variables (P<0.050). But, no statistically significant difference between the experimental groups (P<0.050). Results: Results showed that the marginal gap before and after cementation in all three materials was clinically acceptable, however the marginal gap after thermomecanical fatigue was above the acceptable range in all experimental groups.
