Graduates unemployment is a global menace that is not peculiar to developing economies alone though its pernicious effect differs from one nation to another. In many developing economies, graduates roam the street several years after graduation, able and willing to work but are unable to get jobs.. Despite its abundant human and matural resources, Nigeria's rate of graduate unemployment has been on the increase, creating a protracted situation that has defied many policy initiatives by the government aimed at arresting the spiralling unemployment and creating opportuntiies for the teeming youth. The design and subsequent inclusion of Entrepreneurship training in the curriculum of Nigerian universities is one of such frontal measures aimed at tackling the monster of unemployment. This calls for collective inter-governmental actions are indicative of strong commitment to proffer lasting solutions to this problem. This study examined the impact of this Entrepreneurship training in comparable terms with the intention to start new ventures among the sampled undergraduates of selected universities in South-West, Nigeria. Three universities, one federal, one state and one private, were selected for the study. Data for the research were obtained with the aid of a structured questionnaire and interview. The study, which combined qualitative and quantitative methods, adopted a descriptive and sampling technique comprising a cross sectional survey design and a multistage sampling. Of the 375 copies of questionnaires administered, 360 copies, representing ...% were returned and used for the data analysis using descriptive statistics of simple percentages, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as multiple regression analysis and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMCC). Thematic analysis was used to analyse the qualitative data. The findings from the data analysis revealed that Entrepreneurial Training (measured by content knowledge, programs, mentoring and knowledge sharing) had significant impact on graduates' involvement in business opportunity with p-value of .000, .008, .000, .000 respectively. Also, entrepreneurial training (measured by content knowledge, programs mentoring and knowledge sharing) had significant impact on skill acquisition with pvalue of .000, .003, .004, .007. Furthermore, findings revealed that entrepreneurial training (measured by content knowledge, programs, mentoring and knowledge sharing) had significant impact on entrepreneurial values with p-value of .002, .009, .000, .000 and on business innovations with p-value of .000, .000, .000, .002 respectively. The P-values were all found to be less than 0.05. Based on the findings, the study concluded that there is a positive and indubitable relationship between entrepreneurship training and establishmnent of start-ups by the selected universities' students in Nigeria. The study recommended that efforts should be geared toward improving entrepreneurship education and training so as to encourage students' involvement in entrepreneurial training, thereby creating and producing graduates who are self reliant and job creators. The study also recommended that entrepreneurial education and training should not only be maintained and sustained but should also be improved upon in line with the demands and complexities of the business environment.
