Abū ʿAbdallāh Muḥammad b. Saʿd b. Muḥammad b. Aḥmad al-Judhāmī or al-Tujībī (518-67/1124-72), called Ibn Mardanīsh and known in the Christian chronicles as Rey Lobo, was an Andalusian military leader who ruled an amīrate covering the Valencian and Murcian Sharq al-Andalus (eastern al-Andalus) between 542/1147 and 567/1172. His unusual name probably reflects an Andalusian origin, the theories regarding which are dealt with by Bosch-Vilá, as are the Arab sources, which are scattered and need to be synthesised.
