زمینه: کودکان در پرورشگاه محرومیت و فقدان تحریکات محیطی را تجربه میکنند و در تعدیل حسی و یکپارچگی آن با چالش هایی روبرو می شوند. اختلالات حرکتی مبتنی بر حس، یکی از الگوهای اختلالات پردازش حسی است و افراد دارای این اختلال در تنظیم حالات بدنی خود در پاسخ به تحریکات حسی مشکل دارند.هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر بازی درمانی طبق مدل یکپارچگی حسی بر مهارت های حرکتی کودکان 3 تا 6 سال مقیم پرورشگاه شبیر در شهر تهران است.روش کار : 37 کودک 3 تا 6 ساله (36پسر و 1 دختر) را به روش تصادفی ساده در دو گروه مداخله(20 نفر) و کنترل(17نفر) جای دادیم. سپس با استفاده از معیار رشد حرکتی پی بادی(Peabody Developmental Motor Scale,PDMS-2)، بصورت پیش آزمون و پس آزمون، نمرات مهارت های حرکتی آنها را ثبت کردیم. این ابزار دارای چندین خرده آزمون است که مهارت های حرکتی درشت و ظریف کودکان را میسنجد. از آزمون های آماری ویلکاکسون، من-ویتنی و بونفرونی برای توصیف و تحلیل داده ها استفاده کردیم.یافته ها: با توجه به مقدار p-value در آزمون من-ویتنی، بین میانگین های خرده آزمون دستکاری اشیا در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل در مرحله ی بعد از مداخله، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(p-value<0.05). با توجه به نتیجه ی آزمون بونفرونی، میانگین خرده آزمون های حرکات درشت و دستکاری اشیا در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل در مرحله ی بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری داشته است(p-value<0.05).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به توصیفات آماری، مداخله روی خرده آزمون حرکات درشت و دستکاری اشیا موثر بوده است اما روی بقیه خرده آزمون ها از جمله رفلکس ها، عملکردهای ثباتی، جابجایی، حرکات ظریف، هماهنگی چشم و دست، گرفتن و نمره ی کل تاثیر چندانی نداشته است.کلمات کلیدی: پرورشگاه، کاردرمانی، بازی درمانی، یکپارچگی حسی، کودکان پیش دبستانی

Background: Children in orphanages experience deprivation and lack of environmental stimuli and face challenges in sensory adjustment and integration. Sensory-based motor disorders are one of the patterns of sensory processing disorders and people with this disorder have difficulty regulating their body postures in response to sensory stimuli.The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of sensory integration play therapy on motor skills of children aged 3 to 6 years living in Shobeir orphanage in Tehran.Method: We placed 37 children aged 3 to 6 years in two groups of intervention (n = 20) and control (n = 17) by simple random method. Then, using the Peabody developmental motor scale (PDMS-2), we recorded their motor skills scores as pre-test and post-test. This tool has several subtests that measure children's fine and gross motor skills. We used Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney and Bonferroni statistical tests to describe and analyze the data.Results: According to the p-value in Mann-Whitney test, there is a significant difference between the means of the manipulation subtest in the two groups of intervention and control in the post-intervention stage (p-value <0.05). According to the result of Bonferroni test, the mean of the gross motor and manipulation subtests in the two groups of intervention and control in the post-intervention stage was significantly different (p-value <0.05).Conclusion: According to the statistical descriptions, the intervention was effective on the gross motor and manipulation subtests, but on other subtests including reflexes, non-locomotor, locomotor, fine motor, eye-hand coordination, grasping and total score it has not had much effect.Keywords: orphanage, occupational therapy, play therapy, sensory integration, preschool children
