introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of rocker shoes with angle of 10 and 15 degrees on the distribution of foot pressure of healthy elderly people. The aim of this study was to treat normal foot biomechanics, remove excessive pressure from the various parts of the plantar surface of the foot, and Introducing the best angle of the rocker in improving the distribution of pressure and forces on feet. Materials and Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 35 male and female healthy legs were selected from unpredictable samples from healthy subjects over 60 years of age and measured using the pedar system in eight anatomical areas when walking. Data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA Results: The results showed that the distribution of pressure (p> 0.05), force (p> 0.05) and contact area (p> 0.05) in the anatomical areas of the foot of the foot during the use of shoemaker shoe Rucker did not have a statistically significant difference. Conclusion: The results of the present study did not show a statistically significant difference in the use of rocker shoes compared to control and non-rocker shoes, given that the subjects in this elderly study were healthy. Repeat the study on subjects with foot degeneration or Diabetic is recommended and also considering that the rocker reduces the level of shoe contact with the ground. As a result, this study is recommended to evaluate the balance control in elderly people by wearing shoes with different rocker.
