هدف :هدف از این پژوهش تعیین نحوه تامین هزینه مالی خدمات توانبخشی و میزان و عوامل موثر در مشارکت فرد دارای ناتوانی جسمی در فرایند توانبخشی بود .روش بررسی :این مطالعه در سال ۱۳۹۵ در خراسان رضوی و بهصورت ترکیبی انجام شد و شامل دو بخش کیفی و کمی بود .در بخش کمی۴۰۴فرد دارای ناتوانی جسمی بالای ۱۸ سال، شامل ۱۷۹ زن و ۲۲۵ مرد به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند .اطلاعات اولیه شامل مشخصات بیمار و منابع هزینه کرد با تکمیل چک لیست دموگرافیک از فرد دارای ناتوانی و تکمیل مقیاس مشارکت پیتزبورگ توسط درمانگر تکمیل شد .در این پژوهش به منظور توصیف متغیرهای کمی از میانگین و انحراف معیار و توصیف کیفی از توزیع فراوانی استفاده شد .با توجه به برقراری شرایط نرمال بودن توزیع دادههای مورد تحلیل از آزمونهای آمار استنباطی نظیر همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس استفاده شد .در بخش کیفی به روش هدفمند تعداد ۱۵ نفر مشارکت کننده انتخاب و به روش نیمه ساختارمند مصاحبه شدند، مصاحبه ها توسط محقق انجام و پس از استخراج فایل های ضبط شده به صورت متن ۲۳۴ کد استخراج شد و این کدها در ۱۴ زیر طبقه و ۴ طبقه اصلی دسته بندی و تحلیل شد .یافته ها :در فاز کمی پژوهش یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین نمره مشارکت افراد ۳/۹(با انحراف معیار۱) بود، بررسی میزان مشارکت در افراد ساکن شهر و روستا با آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که میانگین مشارکت بیماران شهری بیشتر از بیماران روستایی است و این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنی دار است(۰/۰۵ .)>P علاوه بر این مشارکت در زنان(میانگین ۱.۴ با انحراف معیار ۹.۰) بیش از مردان(میانگین۷.۳ با انحراف معیار۱) بود که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنی دار است(۰/۰۵ .)>Pهمچنین نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس برای مقایسه میزان مشارکت براساس شغل نشان داد تفاوت معنی داری بین میزان مشارکت افراد شاغل و غیر شاغل وجود دارد و افراد با شغل دولتی و بازنشسته مشارکت بیشتری از افراد بیکار و با شغل آزاد داشتند(۰/۰۵ .)>Pهمچنین افراد تحت پوشش بیمه مشارکت بیشتری را نسبت به سایرین داشتند .مشارکت در برنامه های توانبخشی در نمونه هایی که پرداخت هزینه ها توسط ارگانهای حمایتی انجام شده نسبت به سایرین کمتر نشان داده است(۰/۰۵ .)>Pدر بخش کیفی عوامل موثر بر مشارکت افراد و خانواده های دارای ناتوانی در ۴ طبقه اصلی شامل" عوامل فردی و خانوادگی"،" عوامل مربوط به فرهنگ جامعه و رسانه"،" عوامل مربوط به قوانین و مقررات و حمایت های اقتصادی"و" عوامل مربوط به درمانگاه و کلینیک"بود .نتیجه گیری :نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که افراد دارای ناتوانی از منابع متعدد برای تامین هزینه های توانبخشی استفاده و بیش از دوسوم هزینه های پرداختی آنها از جیب پرداخت میشود(۸.۶۷ درصد)،میانگین مشارکت افراد(۹.۳) بر اساس مقیاس پیتزبورگ نزدیک به" خوب "بوده و عوامل متعددی از قبیل عوامل فردی اجتماعی و اقتصادی بر میزان مشارکت افراد دارای ناتوانی در فرایند درمان توانبخشی موثر است .کلیدواژه ها :هزینه های مالی /خدمات توانبخشی /ناتوانی جسمی /مشارکت در توانبخشی

The purpose of this study was to determine how funding for rehabilitation services and amount and the factors affecting the participation of person with disabilities in the rehabilitation process. Materials & Methods: The study was done in Khorasan Razavi at 2016 with combinatorial manner and was included both quantitative and qualitative phase. In the quantitative phase 404 physically disabled person over 18 years, including 179 women and 225 men were randomly selected. Basic data includes demographic information and resources spend by persons with disabilities was completed demographic questionnaires and the Pittsburgh Rehabilitation Participation Scale (PRPS) was taken by therapist. So using descriptive statistics (frequency tables and diagrams set) to identify the sample, the distribution of variables was investigated. This study aimed to describe qualitative variables and mean and standard deviation, frequency distribution was used to describe the qualitative data. Due to the emergence of normal distribution of data analysis, parametric tests were used. To analyze the data, depending on the variables of the statistical methods such as correlation analysis and t-test and analysis models such as multivariate analysis of variance was used. In the in the qualitative purposefully 15 participants were selected and semi-structured interviews. Results: In the quantitative phase results showed that the mean score of participation (3.91) was to investigate the participation rate in urban areas and villages with t-test independent groups showed that the average patient participation in urban than rural patients, and this difference was statistically significant is significant (P <0.05).Also participation in women (mean 4.1 0.9) more than men (mean 3.7 1). This difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The results of analysis of variance to compare participation rates by occupation showed a significant difference between the involvement of people employed and unemployed there and retired people with government jobs and higher participation of the unemployed and the self-employed. People with insurance also had higher participation rates than others. Participation in rehabilitation programs in support of that charge by the organs were less likely than others has shown (P <0.05). In the qualitative factors influencing participation of families and persons with disabilities in four main categories was related to: "individual and family factors", "culture and media factors", "regulation and support economic factors" and "Clinic factors". Conclusion: The results suggest that people with disabilities from multiple sources to pay for their rehabilitation therapies, and more than two-thirds pay them out of pocket (67.8 ). Average participation (3.9 1) on Pittsburgh Rehabilitation Participation Scale, close to the "good" .Several factors such as individual, socio-economic levels on the participation of people with disabilities in the process of rehabilitation therapy is effective.
